Design Notes

The original sequence contains a Pst1 site,after point mutation,we removed the site.

It comes from Candida boidinii.The strain of Candida boidinii we use was bought from China Center of Industrial Culture Collection (CICC),the number in CICC is 33028.Professor Fang Peng and her team member Jiang Li help us get the genome so we can use the genome not the yeast itself to complete our design.
